Pole Dance Classes
At Pegasus we offer an exciting journey through our Pole Dance Classes, ranging from Level 1 to Level 4+. Pole Dance Fitness is for everyone! We have 9 floor to ceiling X-Pert poles, that can be set to static or spin.
Level 1: Pole Foundations - classes are perfect for beginners seeking to build a strong foundation in pole dancing. You will learn basic spins, transitions, and techniques in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Level 2 & 3: Pole Progression - As you progress to Level 2 & 3, you will master more advanced moves, spins, and choreography, challenging your strength, flexibility, and creativity. Our award-winning experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you feel confident and empowered in your pole dancing journey.
Level 4 +: Advanced Pole Artistry - Level 4 and beyond will challenge you to master extensive aerial combinations, dynamic pole skills and advanced flexibility moves.

Aerial Classes
Our 8-point aerial studio offers aerial silks, hoop, and sling classes designed for all levels of ability - from beginners looking to take flight for the first time to advanced students perfecting their aerial skills.
Level 1: Aerial Foundations - Our Level 1 classes are perfect for those who are new to the aerial world. In these classes, you will learn the basic techniques and vocabulary required for each apparatus. Our experienced instructors will guide you through fundamental movements and build your strength and confidence as you soar through the air.
Level 2: Aerial Progression - Once you have mastered the basics in Level 1, you can move on to our Level 2 classes. Each level has a Sign-off sheet for you to tick off each skill once you have mastered it. Here, you will continue to refine your skills, learn new poses, and start to experiment with more complex sequences.
Level 3 + : Advanced Aerial Artistry - For our more experienced students, our Level 3 classes offer the opportunity to take your aerial practice to the next level. You will be challenged with intricate wraps, dynamic drops, and advanced transitions. These classes are designed to help you develop your own unique style and artistic expression as you master the art of aerial dance.
Dance Classes
We have a variety of dance-based classes sure to get you twirling, flowing and feeling fabulous! Each class will have new choreography for you to experience.
Pole Flow: Learn how to seamlessly blend pole tricks, spins, and dance movements into a beautiful and captivating routine.
Aerial Flow: Using our various aerial apparatus’, you will learn flow & dance movements to create choreography to blend into the skills you' have learnt at our core curriculum classes.
Chair, Floor & Dance Flow: Explore dynamic dance choreography using a chair, floor and basework with our experienced instructors. Perfect for all levels, this class enhances skills while boosting confidence. Improve flexibility, coordination, and fitness in a welcoming environment. Let's dance together!
Burlesque: With our award-winning burlesque instructors you'll have the opportunity to explore different elements of burlesque, including the art of tease, posture, body awareness, and stage presence. Stretch Classes:
Improve flexibility, posture, and release muscle tension in our various stretch classes. We offer early morning Yoga - the perfect start to your day. Our Active Stretch classes are designed to achieve specific stretch goals, such as splits, middles, backbends and needle scales. We focus on strengthening the surrounding muscle groups and active stretching techniques to safely achieve end-range flexibility.
